Hi! I’m Luke. The more I know, the more I know how little I know. And in a universe with trillions of galaxies, I’m honored to be here with you now. I am a writer. I am a junior in college—studying government and history at Harvard. I am a political pundit (feel free to check out my new political show). I am a tutor. I am a soccer player, coach, and personal trainer. I am obsessed with geography and history. I am an art snob. I love theoretical physics. And I have a vast array of other interests, from Rocket League to mental health advocacy to extremely obscure topics like Japanese Maglev trains and futuristic, eco-friendly skyscrapers and the theoretical prospect of developing nuclear fusion energy power plants. Pretty weird, right?
Alas, there are very few things I’m sure of in life. I don’t know why we’re here or why I maintain a solipsistic fixation on my arbitrarily constructed reality. I certainly don’t know what I want to “do”—whether I end up as an author, professor, political scientist, politician, full-time film and music critic, or a mixture of multiple such positions. What I do know is that I love the arts. It wasn’t until my life reached its lows that I saw how crucial they are to me—and now I know. Hope that this website provides a viable platform for us to share our tastes and ideas.
