Alhough I’m still on a break from writing full-scale reviews due to health issues, I wanted to make it up to you in realistic ways even if I can’t write full reviews yet. Here you’ll find it all: entries, videos, links, playlists, etc. Enjoy!

Just binged my holy trinity of space films: Gravity, Interstellar, and First Man. Needless to say, I’d fallen even deeper in love with them by the end of the night.

I rewatched The Night Of for like the 30th time and I’ll say it again: Michael K. Williams is one of the best television actors of all time, and his absence will forever leave a void. He was truly an actor’s actor—with an aura that aged like fine wine, a bonafide fearlessness in pursuing difficult and often unpleasant roles, and a sense of effortless vision for knowing what to deliver to every role. My favorite MKW roles: The Night Of, The Wire, 12 Years a Slave, and Lovecraft Country. I also consider Michael Fassbender a genius and would like to see him garner more high-profile roles—along with Julia Garner, Paul Dano, Saiorse Ronan, and Cillian Murphy (granted, Murphy stars in Christopher Nolan‘s film Oppenheimer set for a July release). Perhaps Matthew Rhys belongs if his legendary lead performance in The Americans says anything, but I’ve only seen three of his acting jobs thus far.
